WHO AM I?
A full time REALTOR, licensed in real estate in Colorado since 1993 and with more education than the usual real estate agent. For instance, I have an MBA with an emphasis in marketing strategy from Regis University ’91.
I am also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a member of the Council of Residential Specialists. (The CRS designation is held by the top 6% of all real estate agents in North America). I am a member of the SRES – a certified Senior Residential Specialist, plus I hold a Platinum level QSC – Quality Service Certified (5.0 of 5.0 favorable response from all sellers and buyers during 2004 thru 2011), I am a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) – an Expert in handling foreclosures and short sales … and if that isn’t enough … I am an LHP (a Luxury Home Professional), CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Specialist).
