WHO AM I?
I have been licensed in real estate in Colorado since 1993, and I have more education than the usual real estate agent. For instance, I have an MBA with an emphasis in marketing strategy from Regis University '91.
I am also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a member of the Council of Residential Specialists ( The CRS designation is held by the top 6% of all real estate agents in North America). I am also a member of the SRES - a certified Senior Residential Specialist, plus I hold a Platinum level QSC - Quality Service Certified (5.0 of 5.0 favorable response from all sellers and buyers during 2004 through 2009). I am a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) - an expert in handling foreclosures and short sales...and if that isn't enough...I am an LHP (Luxury Home Professional). I am a member of several national and local organizations including:
